World of Tanks Blitz – mobile free-to-play MMO-action, dedicated to tank battles of the mid-twentieth century and offering a completely new format of online team battles.
The game inherited all the best that made the original version of World of Tanks the favorite game of millions. Players are waiting for an impressive arsenal of legendary steel vehicles, divided into several classes: medium tanks, heavy tanks and anti-tank propelled vehicles. Each class has unique game characteristics and has its own individual style of combat.
Easy and comfortable controls allow you to fully concentrate on the battle itself, and clever mechanics offer a comfortable pace of play, allowing you to make balanced tactical decisions.
What vehicle classes are available in the game? All vehicles available to go into battle are in the tank carousel at the bottom of the Hangar.
All equipment in World of Tanks Blitz is divided into four classes, each of which has its own characteristics and roles on the battlefield.
Heavy tanks. Designation: rhombus with two stripes. Well-armored vehicles, can act on the edge of the attack and hold the defense effectively. Thanks to their high health points, they can take more enemy hits than other classes of vehicles. They are armed with powerful cannons and can deal a lot of damage. Usually they are not very maneuverable, so they require careful and thoughtful tactics of game play.
Medium Tanks. Symbol: Rhombus with a single stripe. Have good mobility, can quickly change position, flanking the enemy, and can quickly return if their base is threatened. Depending on the battlefield, they can be equally effective on offense and defense. Can be effective against single heavy tanks when used in groups. Good against light tanks. The optimal tactic for medium tanks in combat is coordinated actions in small groups.
Light Tanks. Marking: solid rhombus. The most agile and lightly armored tanks in the game. Excellent as scouts and can efficiently “spot” enemy tanks without getting into battle with them. Good for quickly breaking through and capturing your base, or defending your base if the enemy threatens to take it. Due to their mobility they can attack enemies in the less protected sides and stern. Effective against slow-moving AT-AU.
PT-SAU (anti-tank self-propelled artillery system). Designation: triangle. Vehicles in this class have better camouflage performance than other classes. As a rule, they are armed with very effective cannons. Designed to engage the enemy from long ranges and ambushes. Not designed for front-line combat, and quite dependent on the rest of the team. Require a cautious style of play.
